Animals of Bering Big Update (Version 0.3)

Version 0.3:

I said back in January that I would be looking to have another build soon. Soon apparently turned into 10 months later, even longer if you consider when I released version 0.2, but I can finally present you the next demo build of the game, which actually covers a lot of gameplay! So much so that majority of the storyline is accessible for you all to play right now (a few hours give or take). The end game areas are not yet implemented nor are some other optional areas or features either. I also expect to do more adjustments on the balance of the game to as well as other potential quality of life features. This version though should give you a feel overall of what to expect the final release to look like and I do hope you enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed developing it so be sure to check it out! If any of you have a Steam Deck, this game is playable on it as well. Be sure to check out the game's page for instructions.

The game's projected release currently is late 2024 or early 2025. This is however subject to change based on various factors that occur between now and when the game is finished. There are plans for an official Steam release as well currently.

There are still potential plans for the character/NPC/enemy/visible equipment graphics to be upgraded to better fit the game, I am working out potential details to make that happen however it is also possible that this may end up being cut in the final game to. The game soundtrack could also be on the table as well for being redone more professionally but would have lower priority over the graphics which also brings us to my next point.

The final game's price will be..... FREE! That is right, when the game gets its official release, it will be priced at no cost for you the player. This will include the Steam release as well. Can't get a better deal than that! I was considering a potential price point for the game over the course of development when the game was finished however I ultimately decided against it and felt it wouldn't be worthwhile for me or you as players. This does however make budgeting for better graphics/sound in various areas of the game harder to justify on top of money already spent for development, but I will do what I can. I cannot make any guarantees at this point. However, if any of you players are feeling generous, feel free to leave a donation when you download this version of the game.

Lastly I thank you all for your support. Be sure to visit the game's page to download and get started playing everything this version has to offer!
